My name is Rachel Freyre. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters. My youngest daughter Aleah was born at 37 weeks with gastroschisis. She has had 5 major surgeries, and is currently on a feeding tube. I learned about Averys Angels by just researching gastroschisis online. I am so glad I found this foundation and became apart of it!!
