Teams are encouraged! Cheer on your buddies or walk with a friend.

Why form a team?

Train together and encourage each other. A team provides great motivation to reach a personal goal and you can enjoy time with others.

Team participation creates great community visibility for a company or organization. Show your company/organization’s spirit at the race!
Make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle with your friends, family, and/or co-workers!

Who can create teams?

Anyone! We invite companies, organizations, neighbors and clubs to gather their colleagues, family and friends. We encourage a team to have at least ten people; though there is no limit to the team size.

How do I sign up as part of a team?

Once a team has been established pick a team name. Each team member can register for the race online; just include your “team name” and “team captain” on your registration.

What does it cost?

There are no additional fees for registering as a team. Each individual is responsible for her registration fee. Team members receive a $5.00 discount!

How can we individualize ourselves?

We highly encourage you to dress alike or wear a fun accessory so your team members are recognizable … We will be sending out t-shirts with registration and you can customize as your team would like!

Prizes will be offered to the fastest man, woman, and child, as well as for the team who can raise the most money for our cause!

After the 5K, we will have snacks, beverages, and entertainment available as well as fun activities.

What is the purpose of the SBSNE, Inc. 5K Run/Walk?

We have goals of producing a Nutritional Supplement Program for our children’s nutrition costs. Ultimately, we would love to help at least twenty families nationwide with a monthly stipend for one year. With your help and participation, SBSNE, Inc. will have the opportunity to provide families with stipends to go towards their child’s nutrition (whether it be organic foods, tube feed, vitamins, electrolyte solutions, etc.). This stipend will be in the form of a gift card, which we hope to offer on a monthly basis.

SBSNE, Inc. appreciates your continued support and look forward to seeing you there!
